this one was a little to easy for me and went a lil slow due to peaple not just getting against the wall and stuff but ill have to say for just begining we are doing pretty good just need to pay more attention when on the wall and we ned to not try to get certian guns first without being told that u get them

Yes that is true Ellenberger. Thats why Pham and me are creating a "strict" rule...

I quotation mark strict is because the rule can be easy or hard depending on you guys disciplinary and ability to follow orders from officers.

That is why Smith left, he was making it hard on himself that is why we had to give him a demerit or 2.

The first demerit is because he didn't get on the wall and we asked him 3 times. The second demerit was not listening to the officers when it was time to get serious.

well what is this new rule thats supposed to help and what will the punishment will these "stricted" rules have and that is a very good idea if we stick to the rule
