President Obama issued four executive orders today to demonstrate a clean break from the Bush administration on the war on terror, including one requiring that the U.S. military detention facility at Guantanamo Bay be closed within a year. The facility became a lightning rod for critics who charged that the Bush administration had used torture on terror detainees.


This means that we will be out of afganastian pretty soon.

Not neccesarily, Just because he closes Gitmo down doesn't mean anything. Also the executive order was for Gitmo to close within a year. Also they say that Bin Laden has not been active and have said that he himself has no communications between his group. Trust me just because there closing Gitmo doesn't mean were not protected.

I also find in my own opinion that that dump did nothing for us except waste our taxpayers money. That's all Bush did, i would have to blame him for all this shit that has happened and why the U.S. is in so much debt.




Also no it doesn't prove anything that we will be out of Afghanistan. If you heard what Obama has said that we will still be in there. He wants us out of Iraq. But Afghanistan is our priority. Especially how it's been chao's in there lately.
